Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts (B.Sc-Culinary Arts) is a specialized Graduate Program in which this curriculum covers an intensive 6 Semesters in three years. This intensive academic program provides individuals with hands-on training and work experience in various sub-divisions of professional core Food and Beverage Production like Tandoori, Bakery and Confectionery, Gardemanger, Coffee-shop, Specialised regional, national and international cuisines with specific focus on local, regional, national, modern, nouvel, green, organic, and international cuisines and culinary arts, including allied departments of hospitality industry such as, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, House Keeping, Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts and Finance and many more. It allows students to focus their chosen areas of specialization by offering them professional and open electives to choose from. In addition to classroom study, it also offers internship or work-study opportunities in order to provide the students with hands-on experience to work directly in the industries.
